Standard Rules:

1. The Mail must atleast have a Name
2. The Mail Must be in Either Russian/German/English
3. The Mail should not have over 3000 Words or else it might not be Read
4. The Mail Must be Writen Properly and Understandable
5. The Mail can Contain a Attachment (Proper Images)

Diplomatic Mail Rules:

1. Affairs Must have a Proper Typing 
2. The Request Should not Have over 4000-4500 Words
3. Name of the Leader/Minister Must be in the Mail
4. A Location of you Nation/State Must be in the Mail
5. Landmass of the Country Must be in the Email
6. The Emblem & Flag must be AS AN ATTACHMENT
7. Joke/Roleplay Nations will not be Answered too
